At ZimVie, she heads up global corporate communications, shaping the company’s narrative and partnering with senior leaders to drive alignment, engagement, and reputation across the organization. She brings deep experience guiding teams through transformation, having supported ZimVie through its spinoff and IPO and across both public and private company environments. Prior to joining ZimVie, Grace built a strong foundation in medical device communications and a passion for storytelling with Exactech (now Advita Ortho). She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
